Our story
A merchant house
brought back to life.
Built in 1924 by a spice trader — pepper, cinnamon, and star anise from the Central Highlands — The Pepper House sat empty for forty years before we found it. Three years of careful restoration later, it's exactly what it was meant to be: a place to rest, eat well, and watch Hội An do what it does.
Eight rooms. A courtyard pool. A kitchen that sources from the market every morning. We keep it small on purpose.
